Structural formula of the compound is presented. The present invention relates to tetrahydro-1,3,5-thiadiazin-4-ones or salts thereof; a process for production thereof; and to an insecticidal and acaricidal agent comprising at least one of these compounds as an active ingredients. These compounds are useful in various industrial fields, and particularly in the agricultural field as an insecticidal and acaricidal agent.
