RFLPs analysis of polymorphism T-Cell receptor (gamma/delta) in cattle [RFLP: restriction fragment length polymorphism]

إنجليزي. The T Cell Receptor (TCR) is a protein which has two isotypic forms alpha/betaT and gamma/delta T in association with the histocompatibility antigens. It recognizes foreign antigens. In ruminants there is a much greater percentage of isotype (gamma/delta T) than in humans and mice. Considering the importance of this receptor in the immune response and its possible use as genetic marker, we have studied the isotypic (gamma/delta T) polymorphism in different European cattle breeds using RFLPs method. Because of the great similarity between cattle and sheep TCR, specific probes for sheep have been used. These have shown some polymorphic patterns with different restriction enzymes
اظهر المزيد [+] اقل [-]إيطالي. Il recettore dei linfociti T (TCR) e' una proteina che presenta 2 forme isotipiche: alfa/betaT e gamma/delta T. Il suo meccanismo d'azione si esplica riconoscendo un antigene estraneo associandosi con gli antigeni di istocompatibilita'. In diversi animali domestici e' presente una percentuale dell'isotipo gamma/delta T molto maggiore rispetto all'uomo ed al topo. Considerando l'importanza di questo recettore nella risposta immunitaria ed il suo possibile utilizzo come marcatore genetico, abbiamo studiato l'isotipo gamma/delta T a livello di DNA in diverse razze bovine europee tramite la tecnica degli RFLPs. Per l'elevata similarita' tra TCR bovino ed ovino, sono state utilizzate sonde specifiche per gli ovini che hanno evidenziato, con diversi enzimi di restrizione, alcuni patterns polimorfici
