Represents addendum to the report 'Composite re-use scheme for northern beaches area, Coffs Harbour' by the Task Force and provides the analysis of the costs of reuse options making up the initial stage 1 (up to year 2006). Progressive developments for reuse areas (banana/forest/pastures), storage and outfall requirements and associated costings are set out.
