إنجليزي. Isazofos and fenamiphos were compared for the control of Meloidogyne spp. on egg-plant. The trial was undertaken in an unheated plastic house in sandy soil. The two chemicals did not completely prevent nematode attack and galls were present on the root systems of the plants grown in the treated plots. However, both nematicides significantly (P=0.05) decreased the number of second stage juveniles in the soil compared with the control

E' stata condotta una prova di lotta contro i nematodi galligeni (Meloidogyne spp.), su melanzana coltivata su terreno sabbioso in serra fredda, con l'impiego a confronto di isazophos e phenamiphos. L'esito della prova non e' stato risolutivo per ambedue le sostanze poiche' l'attacco alle radici si e' manifestato, anche se l'indice medio di infestazione e' risultato statisticamente piu' basso nelle tesi trattate rispetto al testimone. La carica di larve infestanti, rilevata nel terreno periodicamente e alla fine del ciclo di coltivazione, e' risultata statisticamente minore nelle due tesi difese chimicamente rispetto al testimone
