Research on the integrated management of Meloidogyne spp. on tomato plant was conducted at the experimental garden of Segunung Horticultural Research Station started on February and ended on May 1990. A split plot design with three replications was used in this experiment. The main plot comprised three soil conditions before trial implementation i.e. (1) twelve weeks fallow soil (not completely weed-free), (2) soil planted with corn, and (3) soil continuously planted with tomato. Meanwhile, the subplot consisted of five treatments i.e. (1) application of carbofuran with the dosage level of 4.0 kg a.i. per ha (2) organic amendment (corn leaf residue), (3) subsoiling (breaking up of the soil below the plow layer), (4) subsoiling + organic amendement. The result of the experiment indicated that crop rotation using non host and fallow soil in three months period were not effective to suppress nematode population in the soil. Treatment combination of carbofuran, organic amendment and subsoiling gave the best result in controlling the nematode compared to those separately applied
