إنجليزي. A total of 125 dairy cows affected by one or more follicular cysts relapsing from at leats three treatments with GnRH or HCG has been divided in two groups of 95 and 30 units respectively. The first group underwent to ecographic drainage of all the cysts and follicles present plus GnRH, the second group was treated only with GnRH. The group treated with ecographic drainage and GnRH gave very satisfactory results

Nel presente studio gli Autori hanno considerato un totale di 125 bovine da latte tutte affette da una o piu' cisti follicolari recidivanti ad almeno tre successivi trattamenti sia con GnRH che con HCG. Gli animali sono stati divisi in due gruppi di 95 e 30 soggetti ciascuno e trattati rispettivamente con drenaggio ecoguidato delle strutture considerate cistiche e di tutti i follicoli piu' GnRH, mentre il secondo gruppo e' stato trattato solo con GnRH. I risultati ottenuti sono stati nettamente soddisfacenti per i soggetti sottoposti ad aspirazione ecografica e GnRH
