Study of the chemiluminescence reaction in mice after influencing with plant substances and vitamins

We have tested the influence of juglone, arbutine, and alpha-angelicalactone in combination with vitamins A and E. Significantly higher values of chemiluminescence have been found after application of each of the substances tested. After application of juglone to mice we have recorded 2.4 times higher values of chemiluminescence in comparison with the values found in untreated mice. Significant differences have also been found between influenced groups and controls with arbutine (1.5 times higher) as well as with alpha-angelicalactone (1.8 times higer). In all the experiments these increased values in groups of mice influenced by the substances tested were markedly reduced after application of vitamins A and E, even below the values found in the controls.
