Determination of heavy metals Hg, Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb, Zn and Co in irradiated sludge, manure and fertilized soil have been done. Sludge I was collected from treatment plant in Jakarta city and sludge II from sludge reservoir at Jakarta Suburb, manure from chicken farmers in south of Jakarta and fertilized soil was collected from agriculture soil that used phosphate fertilizer since 1967. Sludge and manure were collected during rainy and dry seasons, and the heavy metals were measured in five replications. Heavy metals content in sludge and manure were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS), and in soil by neutron activation analysis (NAA) and AAS. The results of heavy metals Hg, Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb, Zn and Co content in Sludge I were 2.5; 1.52; 13.40; 100; 14.20; 18.01; 630; and 20 ppm respectively, in Sludge II were 1.35; 0.28; 10.40; 50;14.40; 12.80; 450; and 24.40 ppm respectively, in manure were 0.03; 0.51; 0.062; 30; 15.68; 0.01; 250 and Co detectable ppm respectively, in fertilized soil were no data for Hg, 2.76; 86.94; 21.30; 22.00; 29.88; 22.17 and 50.86 ppm, respectively. The results obtained were compared to data obtained in other countries as well as to the permissible limit of heavy metals content in environment
