This study was conducted to study the relationship between biophysical factors with stream flow and to obtain the model expressing biophysical factors contribution in predicting stream flow of the river. The research was carried out by using observations method to biophysical factors: land use area (wet land, dry land agriculture, forest, and settlement). Watershed slope, aerodibility index, drainage density and rainfall; and stream flow during: rainy season, dry season and a year. The datas are analyzed statistically using multiple regression which is stepwise regression in 5 percent level significancy. The result show that the stream flow of upper Konto and Brantas is influenced by rainfall, wet land area, settlement, erodibility index and drainage density of watershed
