Analysis of monocrotophos residues in soil and soybean crop

إنجليزي. The method of Monocrotophos analysis in soil and soybean was established by spiking Monocrotophos standard into soil and ground soybean. The spiked sample was extracted with a mixture of acetone/n-hexane (1:1), and the extract was cleaned up in a column chromatograph using 3 kinds of solvents, then injected to a Gas Chromatography using Flame Photo Detector. The recovery in soybean was found to be 89.81 percent and in the soil was 92.19 percent. This method was then used for analysing Monocrotophos residues in soil and in soybean crop produced by a mutant line obtained through irradiation which was sprayed with Azodrin 15 WSC, Basudin and Decis periodically in the field. The residue of Monocrotophos in soybean was 0.0077-0.0110 ppm, and in soil was 0.016-0.022 ppm. The residues of Diazinon and Deltametrin were undetectable either in the soil or in the soybean crop

الأندونيسية. Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk menentukan metode analisis residu Monokrotofos dalam biji kedelai dan tanah bekas tanaman kedelai. Penentuan metode adalah dengan menambahkan Monokrotofos dengan kadar tertentu ke dalam tanah dan ke dalam kacang kedelai yang telah dihaluskan. Sampel diekstraksi dengan campuran aseton/n-heksana (1:1), lalu dibersihkan dengan tiga macam pelarut, setelah itu diinjeksikan pada Gas Liquid Kromatografi dengan detektor FPD (Flame Photo Detector). Hasilnya memberikan penemuan kembali (recovery) untuk kacang kedelai sebesar 89,81 persen dan untuk tanah sebesar 92,19 persen. Metode ini selanjutnya dipakai untuk menentukan kandungan residu Monokrotofos dalam tanah dan kacang kedelai dari bibit mutan hasil iradiasi yang dalam masa pertanaman disemprot dengan Azodrin 15 WSC, Basudin dan Decis secara berkala. Residu Monokrotofos pada biji kedelai sebesar 0,0077-0,0110 ppm, dan di dalam tanah 0,016-0,022 ppm. Kandungan Diazinon dan Deltametrin tidak terdeteksi, baik dalam tanah maupun dalam biji kedelai
