[Determinate forms of pea (Pisum sativum) and their utilization for the improvement of important economic characteristics]

There were bred "determinate" types of pea - AGT-1381, AGT-1533, AGT-1762 and AGT 1378, were bred. Cultivars Lantra, Komet and Tyrkys were used as standards. The range of stem-length was from 72 cm to 95 cm. The yield of AGT-1381 was on 101 % level of the control varieties, lines AGT-1378, 1533 and 1762 on 96 % of control. Average yield of control varieties was 3.9 t.ha*[-1). Thousand seeds weight of AGT-1533 was 269 g, lines 1378 and 1381 had 150 g. The highest nitrogen content 27.9 % was determined in AGT-1378. Range of other genotypes was in interval from 26.9 to 25,7 % of nitrogen. Control varieties contain 25.7 % nitrogen in average.
