Optimation was accomplished to obtain maximum irrigated land, with constraint function of water availability, in order to find out the risk of selected planting pattern with the constraints of farm labors and hand tractors availability. In the optimation the LINDO program (Linier Interactive Discrete Optimizer) was used. Optimation result based on water availability showed that the area could be irrigated using the available water. The amount of available farm labors could meet the requirement of selected planting pattern, but the exiting hand tractors was not sufficient for the selected planting pattern above
