Multinutrient soil tests and bioavailability of potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese and sulphur from soils
1999
Matula, J. (Vyzkumny Ustav Rostlinne Vyroby, Prague-Ruzyne (Czech Republic))
The multinutrient soil tests: Mehlich 2, Mehlich 3, KVK-UF, extraction with 0.01M CaCl2, extraction with water in the ratio 1:5 (w/v), simulated soil solution and the UNIBEST soil test with PST-1 resin capsules, were evaluated on a set of 32 soils. The bioavailability correlation study was run in a plant growth chamber using barley, mustard and maize in vegetative trials for 21 days. The measure of bioavailability was the content of K, P, Mg, Mn, and S in the dry matter of shoots.
