Influence of seed inoculation by nodule bacteria biopreparation Rhizobium leguminosarum bv. phaseoli and fertilization of 0, 20 and 60 kg N/ha on grain yield, dry matter yield, thousand-grain weight, nodules dry weight, protein content in above-ground weight of plants and grains as well as bean grain concentration of phosphorus and potassium were observed on two soil types (meadow-loessive and cambisol; humogley) during three investigation years. The highest values with all investigated indicators were achieved in inoculated variants. Influence of nitrogen fertilization depended on locality, i.e. chemical soil properties. Most of the investigated indicators obtained highest values at fertilization with 60 kg N/ha on meadow-loessive and cambisol soil where humus amounted to 1.78 %. The highest values on humogley (humus content 2.25 %) were achieved with fertilization of 20 kg N/ha.
