إنجليزي. Flufenacet (FOE 5043) is a new herbicide, belonging to the oxyacetamide family for the pre-emergence control of grasses in maize, soybean, potato, sunflower and pre-transplanting in tomato. It gives also a good efficacy against certain broadleaf weeds. It has effect on meristematic tissue, inhibiting cells division. The application rate is 0.36 - 0.6 kg a.i./ha, related to the crop and the soil characteristics. To complete the weed control the product is associated with a dicot herbicide. Flufenacet shows a very good tolerance on tested crops and an excellent eco-toxicological profile

Flufenacet (FOE 5043) e' un nuovo erbicida, appartenente alla nuova classe chimica delle ossiacetamidi, per il controllo in pre-emergenza delle infestanti graminacee di mais, soia, patata, girasole e in pre-trapianto per pomodoro. Presenta anche una discreta efficacia su alcune infestanti dicotiledoni. Il prodotto agisce a livello dei tessuti meristematici inibendo la divisione cellulare. Le dosi di applicazione variano da 0,36 kg p.a./ha a 0,6 kg p.a./ha, a seconda della coltura e del tipo di terreno. Per completare lo spettro d'azione il prodotto viene applicato in associazione ad un dicotiledonicida specifico. Flufenacet possiede, inoltre, un'ottima selettivita' nei confronti delle colture testate ed un eccellente profilo eco-tossicologico
