The experiment was carried out on 2 farms of broilers: M and P, where an increased mortality rate was recorded. The efficacy of 12.5 percent Amoksiklav was evaluated with reference to 2 other preparations, i.e. Biomos 80 (M farm) and 10 percent Enrobioflox (P farm). The birds from the M farm, that received 12.5 percent Amoksiklav, showed better production indices, namely: higher dynamic of body weight growth, elevated feed conversion ratio by 2.5 percent, and lowered mortality rate by 1.3 percent. However, the birds from the P farm that were administered Enrobioflox, a reference preparation, had a higher commercial body weight (by 5 percent), feed conversion ratio (by 0.5 percent) and lower mortality rate (by 1.2 percent)
