[Instruments of strategic planning in an executive information system constructed for a whole branch - The McKinsey-Portfolio]

إنجليزي. An Executive Information System (EIS) provides relevant information for executives. But besides it seems to be useful to use this information also for strategic planning. This paper explains different instruments of strategic planning and discusses the possibilities to use them in an EIS which is constructed for a whole branch. In this context the McKinsey-Portfolio is chosen to be discussed more intensively. The Delphi Method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) are presented to support it external.

Dieser Bericht stelltverschiedene Planungsinstrumente vor und diskutiert ihre Einsatzm÷glichkeiten in einem unternehmensnbergreifenden FIS. Das McKinsey-Portfolio wird anschlie¯end ausfnhrlicher im Hinblick auf seine Einsetzbarkeit diskutiert. Zur externen Unterstntzung dieses Planungswerkzeuges werden die Delphi-Methode und der Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) vorgestellt.
