إنجليزي. 15 red-currant, 6 white-currant, 10 black-currant and 18 gooseberry cultivars were evaluated for chemical and physical traits during three-years in Pergine Valsugana (TN). Red-currants: Rovada was the most productive cultivar; berry size was largest in Cassa; Heinemann's Rote Spatlese had the highest soluble solid contents and the lowest acidity. White-currants: Blanka was productive, with the largest number of berries per cluster. Black-currants: Andega had the highest yield and acidity. Gooseberries: Captivator was the most productive cultivar but had fruits with low soluble solid content; Rokula and Captivator had a high yield and high quality fruit

[Nel corso di tre anni, a Pergine Valsugana (TN), sono state valutate 15 cultivar di ribes rosso, 10 di ribes nero e 18 di uva spina in relazione ai caratteri chimici e fisici. Ribes rosso: Rovada e' risultata la cultivar piu' produttiva, le dimensioni massime della bacca si riscontravano in Cassa; la Hainemann's Rote Spatlese aveva il maggior contenuto di solidi solubili e l'acidita' piu' bassa.
