إنجليزي. The aim of this work was to assay a method for CEC determination at the soil pH to be applied to acid soils. Argentine agricultural ultisols and molisols soils were used for this purpose. CEC with 1M NH4Ac, pH 7, and CEC with 1M NH4Ac and NH4Cl, at the soil pH, were determined. Values of CEC determined with both electrolytes at the soil pH were significantly lower (P0.05) than the values obtained with NH4Ac at pH 7 and these differences were higher for the ultisol soils

A questo scopo sono stati utilizzati ultisol e molisol agricoli argentini. Sono state determinate le CSC con NH4Ac 1M, a pH 7, e con NH4Ac 1M e NH4Cl, al pH del terreno. I valori della CSC determinati con ambedue gli elettroliti al pH del terreno erano significativamente inferiori (P0,05) rispetto ai valori ottenuti con NH4Ac a pH 7 e queste differenze risultavano maggiori per gli ultisol]
