إنجليزي. Histological modifications induced by Meloidogyne hapla in the roots of the weed Taraxacum officinale growing in Argentina are described. The nematode reached the mature female stage and produced the typical gelatinous matrix with eggs. The weed is widely distributed throughout the Country and, as it appear to be a good host for the nematode, may enhance its dispersion
