The bacterial nodulation on bean in greenhouse. Comparison of two inoculation techniques [Phaseolus vulgaris L.]

إنجليزي. Rhizobium leguminosarum biovar phaseoli is agent of nitrogen-fixing symbiosis with Phaseolus vulgaris. This symbiosis is very important because it allows the utilization of atmospheric nitrogen avoiding the use of nitrogen fertilizers. In greenhouse, bean plants are often cultivated in soils treated with methyl bromide. These treatments reduce the level of Rhizobium population, so that nitrogen fertilizer use is needed. In this work, the possibility to use bacterization treatments on bean cultivated in methyl bromide treated soils was evaluated. Applying two inoculation techniques (inoculation of plantlets at transplanting time and inoculation of the plants ten days after transplanting), an increase of the number of tubercles, number and weight of pods and weight of grain was obtained compared to controls (plants not inoculated). Only applying the inoculation technique ten days after transplanting, the increase of yield (30%) was significant (P=0.01) after statistic analysis

إيطالي. [Rhizobium leguminosarum biovar phaseoli e' responsabile della simbiosi azotofissatrice con Phaseolus vulgaris. Questa simbiosi e' molto importante in quanto consente l'utilizzazione dell'azoto atmosferico evitando l'impiego di fertilizzanti azotati. In serra, le piante di fagiolo sono spesso coltivate in terreni trattati con bromuro di metile. Questi trattamenti riducono il livello della popolazione di Rhizobium, cosicche' si rende necessario l'impiego di fertilizzanti azotati. In questo lavoro, e' stata valutata la possibilita' di utilizzare trattamenti di batterizzazione sul fagiolo coltivato in terreni trattati con bromuro di metile. Utilizzando due tecniche di inoculazione (inoculazione delle piantine al momento del trapianto e dieci giorni dopo il trapianto), e' stato ottenuto un aumento del numero di tubercoli, del numero e del peso dei legumi e del peso della granella rispetto ai controlli (piante non inoculate). Solamente con l'applicazione della tecnica di inoculazione dieci giorni dopo il trapianto, l'aumento della resa (30%) e' risultato statisticamente significativo (P=0,01)]
