Le pleurote en corne d’abondance a fait l’objet récemment de plusieurs études concernant sa nutrition in vitro, son écologie et ses possibilités de culture sur substrat organique. La présente étude a pour but de préciser l’utilisation de certains sels organiques et celle d’azote ammoniacal par Pleurotus cornucopiae pour sa croissance et son initiation fructifère. Cette alimentation est comparée à celle fournie par certains acides aminés utilisés classiquement dans le milieu de culture. On montre en particulier l’intérêt des ions acétate et ammonium pour un rapport anion/cation proche de celui correspondant à l’équilibre ionique de la molécule d’acétate d’ammonium, soit 1/1, ceci notamment pour l’obtention des primordia.
اظهر المزيد [+] اقل [-]Several experiments were carried out recently on the nutrition in vitro and the ecology of P. cornucopiae and the possibility of its culture on organic substrate. The object of the present work was to check the response of P. cornucopiae to some organic salts and ammoniacal nitrogen. This type of nutrition was compared with the amino-acids usually used in the culture medium. The authors demonstrated, especially for primordium formation, the positive, effect of acetate for an anion/cation ratio close to the ionic equilibrium of the ammonium acetate molecule, i.e. 1/1.
