The state and dynamics of the development of the organic products market in Russia | Состояние и динамика развития рынка органической продукции России

إنجليزي. The research is devoted to various economic aspects of the development of the market of organic agricultural products, raw materials and food. The dynamics of the main indicators of organic agriculture in Russia, in particular, the number of enterprises engaged in the production of certified products, production volumes both by value and volume in the context of agricultural sectors is investigated. A structural analysis of the final consumption of organic products in Russia in 2021 was carried out. The closeness of the relationship and the mutual influence of indicators of the per capita income of the population and the level of consumption of organic products are investigated. From the point of view of the commodity pattern, dependence on imports, prospects for its elimination, as well as the realization of the export potential of Russian products are studied. Over the last 7 years, the number of certified producers of agricultural products, raw materials and food in Russia has increased thrice; as a result, production levels have increased both by material and in value terms. The growth rates are primarily explained by the increase in demand for products of this market segment from the population with a high level of purchasing power. In the domestic market, demand is observed to a greater extent for such categories of goods as fruit and vegetable processing products, flour and cereals, fermented milk products and alcohol. At the same time, there is a significant dependence on imports for many groups of goods of the organic agricultural products market; this primarily concerns physical assets such as biological fertilizers and seed material.

الروسية. Исследование посвящено различным социально-экономическим аспектам развития рынка органической с.-х. продукции, сырья и продовольствия. Исследуются динамика основных показателей органического сельского хозяйства России, в частности количество организаций, занимающихся производством сертифицированной продукции, объёмы производства как в натуральном, так и в стоимостном выражении в разрезе отраслей сельского хозяйства. Проведен структурный анализ конечного потребления органической продукции в России в 2021 г. Исследована теснота связи и взаимное влияние показателей среднедушевого дохода населения и уровня потребления органической продукции. С точки зрения товарной структуры исследована зависимость от импорта, перспективы её устранения, а также реализация экспортного потенциала российской продукции. За последние 7 лет количество сертифицированных производителей с.-х. продукции, сырья и продовольствия в России увеличилось в 3 раза, как следствие возросли объёмы производства как в физическом, так и в стоимостном выражении. Темпы роста объясняются преимущественно увеличением спроса на продукцию данного сегмента рынка со стороны населения с высоким уровнем покупательной способности. На внутреннем рынке больший спрос наблюдается по следующим группам товаров: продукты переработки овощей и фруктов, мука и крупы, кисломолочная продукция и алкоголь. По многим группам товаров рынка органической с.-х. продукции наблюдается существенная зависимость от импорта, особенно в части средств производства (биологические удобрения и семенной материал).
