Аssessing the impact of a particular industry on the economic specialization of the region | Оценка влияния отдельной отрасли на экономическую специализацию региона

إنجليزي. The grain farming as an element of agriculture, which determines its role in the regional economy on the example of the subjects of the Central Federal District (CFD) is considered. The grain farming remains the fundamental direction in the agro-industrial sector, which is due to the leading role of grain crops in food supply and livestock development. Russia is the largest player in the world food market, since domestic grain is the guarantor of market stability and contributes to the provision of bread to the poorest countries in the world. At the same time, about 20% of the total volume of wheat exports in the world belongs to Russia. Further active growth in the cultivation of grain crops and an increase in exports, in the context of the instability of the energy sector against the backdrop of sanctions restrictions, is of strategic importance. The study involved analyzing the share of agriculture in the gross regional product (GRP) structure of the regions of the CFD in 2018-2020, according to the results of analyzing the clustering of the subjects of the district was carried out in the context of the degree of their agricultural specialization. In the context of the considered regions of the CFD and in the context of the formed clusters, an assessment of the main indicators of grain farming development was made, and conclusions were drawn about the impact of grain crops on the development of the agricultural sector as a whole. It has been found that in all regions having a distinct agricultural specialization, the share of grain crops exceeds 50% of the total production volume. This allows concluding that grains play a fundamental role in the development of agriculture in the regions, while it is impossible to build an agro-specialized regional economy without an ability to be effectively engaged in the cultivation of grains. This is also confirmed by the high correlation between the share of agriculture in the structure of the GRP of the regions and the indicators of grain crop cultivation.

الروسية. Рассматривается зерновое хозяйство как элемент сельского хозяйства, определяющий его роль в экономике регионов на примере субъектов Центрального федерального округа (ЦФО). Зерновое хозяйство остается основополагающим направлением в секторе АПК, что обусловлено ведущей ролью зерновых культур в продовольственном обеспечении и развитии животноводства. Россия является крупнейшим игроком на мировом продовольственном рынке, поскольку отечественное зерно является гарантом стабильности рынка и способствует обеспечению хлебом беднейших стран мира. При этом порядка 20% от всего объема экспорта пшеницы в мире принадлежит России. Дальнейшее активное наращивание объемов выращивания зерновых культур и увеличение объемов экспорта, в условиях нестабильности энергетического сектора на фоне санкционных ограничений, имеет стратегически важное значение. В исследовании проанализирована доля сельского хозяйства в структуре валового регионального продукта (ВРП) регионов ЦФО в 2018-2020 гг., по результатам анализа проведена кластеризация субъектов округа в контексте степени их аграрной специализации. В разрезе рассматриваемых регионов ЦФО и в контексте сформированных кластеров была проведена оценка основных показателей развития зернового хозяйства, сделаны выводы о влиянии зерновых на развитие аграрного сектора в целом. Установлено, что во всех регионах с отчетливой аграрной специализацией доля посевов зерновых культур превышает 50% в общем объеме. Это позволяет сделать вывод о том, что зерновые играют основополагающую роль в развитии сельского хозяйства в регионах, при этом построить агроспециализированную региональную экономику без возможности эффективно заниматься возделыванием зерновых нельзя. Это также подтверждается и высокой корреляционной связью между долей сельского хозяйства в структуре ВРП регионов и показателями выращивания зерновых культур.
