Investigation of the process of dosing seeds by installation of magnetic stimulation | Исследование процесса дозирования семян в установке магнитной стимуляции

إنجليزي. The purpose of the work is to improve the quality of seed treatment with a magnetic field. Magnetic stimulation of seeds is one of the electro-physical methods that increases the germination and intensity of plant growth. This method is environmentally friendly and does not require high energy costs. There are various devices for magnetic stimulation of plants. To increase the productivity flow-line installations are created. One of the main tasks is the uniform stimulation of seeds in compliance with the required processing time. A magnetic seed stimulation installation with vibration dosing has been developed, which ensures the equal stimulation of seeds of different crops in the flow designed to regulate the number of seeds being processed. A vibrating dispenser is an element that provides dosing, while its main parts are an electromagnet and vibrating plates. By changing the coil current frequency supply, the seed feed is changed by the dispenser. There was studied the influence of the magnetic field frequency on the process of dosing wheat and amaranth seeds. The minimum seed feeds for spring wheat and amaranth were 3.1 and 1.7 kg/h, respectively, at a frequency of 10 Hz. The maximum seed feeds equaled of 70.1 and 22.7 kg/h, respectively, were observed at a frequency of 110 Hz. The stimulation time when the frequency changes from 10 to 110 Hz for spring wheat varies in the range from 90 to 4 s, amaranth – from 89 to 7 s. Considering the required seed stimulation time, the necessary feed can be set by changing the frequency. At the same time, the feed of the dispenser in the operating ranges has a linear dependence on the frequency of the electric current applied to the electromagnet.

الروسية. Цель работы – повышение качества обработки семян магнитным полем. Магнитная стимуляция семян является одним из электрофизических способов, повышающих всхожесть и интенсивность роста растений. Данный способ является экологически безопасным и не требует больших энергетических затрат. Существуют различные устройства для магнитной стимуляции растений. Для увеличения производительности создают установки поточного типа. Одной из главных задач является равномерная стимуляция семян с соблюдением требуемого времени обработки. Разработана установка магнитной стимуляции семян с вибрационным дозированием, обеспечивающая равномерность стимуляции семян разных культур в потоке с возможностью регулирования количества обрабатываемых семян. Вибрационный дозатор является элементом, обеспечивающим дозирование, при этом его основными частями являются электромагнит и вибрационные пластины. Изменяя частоту тока питания катушки, меняют подачу семян дозатором. Исследовали влияние частоты магнитного поля на процесс дозирования семян пшеницы и амаранта. Минимальная подача семян яровой пшеницы и амаранта, соответственно, составила 3,1 и 1,7 кг/ч при частоте 10 Гц. Максимальную подачу наблюдали при частоте 110 Гц – 70,1 и 22,7 кг/ч, соответственно. Время стимуляции при изменении частоты от 10 до 110 Гц для яровой пшеницы меняется в диапазоне от 90 до 4 с, амаранта – от 89 до 7 с. Учитывая требуемое время стимулирования семян, изменением частоты можно задавать необходимую подачу. При этом подача дозатора в рабочих диапазонах имеет линейную зависимость от частоты подаваемого на электромагнит электрического тока.
