Diseño del plan de gestión ambiental para la Empresa Marpin | Design of the environmental management plan for the Company Marpin

La presente monografía denominada “DISEÑO DE LA FASE DE PLANIFICACION DEL PLAN DE GESTION AMBIENTAL PARA LA EMPRESA MARPIN”, propone la implementación de programas y proyectos dirigidos al crecimiento funcional y eficiente de la empresa Marpin, la cual se dedica a la manufactura de máquinas de tipo industrial, lo que la hace generadora de impactos ambientales, es precisamente lo que busca esta monografía, reducir los impactos sobre el medio, para garantizar la conservación de los ecosistemas y además hacer de Marpin una empresa eficiente y productiva a través del análisis y la formulación de proyectos para cada uno de sus procesos productivos. El desarrollo de la fase de planificación del plan de gestión ambiental consiste en dejar formuladas las estrategias que ayuden a la empresa a cumplir la normativa vigente relacionada con el medio ambiente y el aprovechamiento apropiado de los recursos naturales, para que pueda aplicar a los programas dirigidos a las empresas ubicadas en el distrito y sea reconocida con estándares de excelencia ambiental por la secretaria distrital de ambiente (SDA). La fase de planificación está dirigida también a efectuar acciones que disminuyan el riesgo de un accidente laboral, ya que en esta empresa se realizan trabajos con maquinaria y herramientas de alto riesgo. Con la ayuda de la matriz de aspectos e impactos ambientales, diseñada por la secretaria distrital de ambiente, se hallan los impactos ambientales más relevantes para cada uno de los procesos productivos y para el área administrativa con el fin de priorizar los procesos con mayor significancia en cuanto al impacto generado. Para los programas aquí propuestos se construyen unos resultados esperados que se basan en el alcance que puede tener la implementación del Plan de Gestión Ambiental.

This monograph called "DESIGN OF THE PLANNING PHASE OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR THE MARPIN COMPANY", proposes the implementation of programs and projects aimed at the functional and efficient growth of the company Marpin, which is dedicated to the manufacture of industrial machines, what makes it a generator of environmental impacts, that is exactly what this monograph seeks, to reduce the impacts on the environment, to ensure the conservation of ecosystems and also make Marpin an efficient and productive company through analysis and formulation of projects for each of their production processes. The development of the planning phase of the environmental management plan consists in having formulated the strategies that help the company to comply with the current regulations related to the environment and the appropriate use of natural resources, so that it can be applied to the directed programs of the companies located in the district and be recognized with environmental excellence standards by the district secretary of the environment (SDA). The planning phase is also aimed at carrying out actions that reduce the risk of an accident at work, since in this company work is done with machinery and high-risk tools. With the help of the matrix of environmental aspects and impacts, designed by the district secretary of environment, we find the most relevant environmental impacts for each of the productive processes and for the administrative area in order to prioritize the processes with greater significance in as to the impact generated. For the programs proposed here, expected results are built based on the scope of the implementation of the Environmental Management Plan.
