La intención de este trabajo es presentar alternativas de abastecimiento de agua potable para el municipio de Lloró, Chocó, con el fin de brindar una mejor calidad de vida, salubridad y bienestar para la población; ya que el servicio de agua es fundamental para el desarrollo social y económico, lograr recibir este recurso con las características aptas para consumir es un privilegio que hoy en día no solo las grandes ciudades sino también las comunidades rurales deberían obtener de una manera sana sin originar problemas económicos y ambientales
