Propuesta de mejora en los programas de deporte escolar del Ministerio del Deporte | Proposal for improvement in the school sports programs of the Ministry of Sport

El Ministerio del Deporte es una entidad pública cuya misión es "Formular, liderar y orientar una política eficiente incluyente e innovadora para el deporte, la recreación, la actividad física, la infraestructura recreativa y deportiva, y el aprovechamiento del tiempo libre. Contribuyendo así a la educación, el bienestar, la calidad de vida de las personas y ejercer la inspección, vigilancia y control, en el marco del Sistema Nacional del Deporte y la garantía de los derechos de las personas a la práctica de las actividades del sector" (Mindeporte, 2020). Así pues, dada su misión general el Ministerio tiene que categorizar cada objetivo misional y darle el enfoque necesario según la categoría a la que pertenezca. De esta manera el Deporte Escolar es una de estas importantes categorías y se explica según el (IDRD, 2020) como "todas aquellas actividades lúdicas, motrices y deportivas, mediante procesos educativos y pedagógicos que fortalecen la formación integral de las niñas, niños, adolescentes y jóvenes en edad escolar, como complemento al desarrollo educativo", así mismo es necesario relacionar la misión propia del grupo interno de trabajo de Deporte Escolar la cual dice (Min. Deporte, 2017) "Liderar, formular, dirigir y evaluar la política pública del Deporte, la Recreación y la Actividad Física y ejercer la Inspección Vigilancia y Control del Sistema Nacional del Deporte, con criterio de inclusión y equidad social contribuyendo con la convivencia, la paz y prosperidad de los colombianos". Por ello, haciendo una relación desde la lógica disyuntiva entre el artículo 52 (Cons. Política de Colombia. Art. 52 (1991)) y el objetivo misional del Ministerio del Deporte, se evidencia la necesidad de la "formación integral de las personas" en aras del bienestar, para así garantizar el acceso a los derechos por parte de los colombianos y con ello el desarrollo de la sociedad. De esta manera y en concordancia con lo anteriormente postulado, mi plan de trabajo se basó en el reconocimiento y distinción de las falencias o aspectos a mejorar que eran evidentes en los programas del grupo interno de trabajo de deporte escolar y por consiguiente con algunos procesos que se dan dentro de los mismos, cabe resaltar que toda la información fue producto del acceso a la información permitido por la entidad y las labores realizadas durante el cronograma de la pasantía.

In this way, School Sports is one of these important categories and it is explained according to (IDRD, 2020) as "all those recreational, motor and sports activities, through educational and pedagogical processes that strengthen the integral formation of the girls, boys, adolescents and young people of school age, as a complement to the development educational", it is also necessary to relate the mission of the internal work group of School Sport which says (Min. Sport, 2017) "Lead, formulate, direct and evaluate the public policy of Sport, Recreation and Physical Activity and exercise the Inspection Surveillance and Control of the National Sports System, with criteria of inclusion and equity contributing to the coexistence, peace and prosperity of Colombians". this, making a relationship from the disjunctive logic between article 52 (Cons. Politics of Colombia. Art. 52 (1991)) and the missionary objective of the Ministry of Sport, it is evident the need for the "comprehensive training of people" for the sake of well-being, in order to guarantee access to rights by Colombians and with it the development of the society. In this way and in accordance with what was previously postulated, my work plan is based on the recognition and distinction of the shortcomings or aspects to improve that were evident in the programs of the internal school sports work group and by consequently with some processes that occur within them, it should be noted that all the information was the product of the access to information allowed by the entity and the tasks performed during the internship schedule.
