Системный анализ и оценка производства овощей, плодов и ягод в Республике Беларусь | System analysis and evaluation of the functioning of the fruit and vegetable subcomplex in the Republic of Belarus

One of the most important tasks facing the agro-industrial complex of Belarus is to increase the production of vegetables, fruits and berries in order to provide the population with high­quality fruits and vegetables, increase export potential, and increase the efficiency of processing industries. At present, due to the current foreign policy situation and in conditions exacerbated by the consequences of the COVID­19 coronavirus pandemic, this task is becoming increasingly relevant. The article discusses the trends in the cultivation of fruits and vegetables in Belarus and proposes measures to increase the production of vegetables, fruits and berries. The study was conducted using official statistical information. The following methods were used: system and factor analysis, comparisons, analytical, generalizations and analogies. There are favorable conditions for the development of the fruit and vegetable sub-complex in Belarus: fertile soils and climate, advances in mechanical engineering, the chemical industry, transport and the road network. In order to increase the participation of peasant (farmer) households and personal subsidiary farms in providing the domestic food market with fruits and vegetables, the author formulated proposals. It was concluded that, that the peasant (farmer) households and personal subsidiary farms can significantly increase their participation in providing not only fruits and vegetables, but also the country's food security, expanding the export potential of the agro-industrial complex, and increasing the economic efficiency of the industry as a whole. / Одна из важнейших задач для агропромышленного комплекса Беларуси – наращивание производства овощей, плодов и ягод в целях обеспечения населения качественной плодоовощной продукцией, увеличения экспортного потенциала, повышения эффективности перерабатывающих предприятий. В настоящее время в связи с непростой внешнеполитической ситуацией и в условиях, усугубленных последствиями коронавирусной пандемии СОVID­19, эта задача становится все более актуальной. Рассмотрены тенденции выращивания плодоовощной продукции в Беларуси и предложены меры по увеличению объемов ее производства. Исследование проведено с использованием официальной статистической информации. Применялись следующие методы: системного и факторного анализа, сравнений, аналитический, обобщений и аналогий. Для развития плодоовощного подкомплекса в Беларуси имеются благоприятные условия: плодородные почвы и климат, подвижки в машиностроении, химической промышленности, сфере транспорта и дорожной сети. В целях повышения участия крестьянских (фермерских) хозяйств и личных подсобных хозяйств в обеспечении отечественного продовольственного рынка плодоовощной продукцией автором сформулированы предложения. Сделан вывод, что то при должном внимании крестьянские (фермерские) хозяйства и личные подсобные хозяйства могут значительно увеличить свое участие в обеспечении не только плодоовощной продукцией, но и продовольственной безопасности страны, расширении экспортного потенциала АПК, повышении экономической эффективности отрасли в целом.
