This study is an A4NH CRP-commissioned external evaluation (CCEE), part of a portfolio of evaluation studies proposed by A4NH. In the study, external evaluators made 12 recommendations, listed below, with A4NH management responses included for each. All recommendations and responses were reviewed and commented on by the A4NH Independent Steering Committee (ISC). A4NH management is considering supplementary activities to complement this study as part of its evaluation portfolio planning. These will be discussed and reviewed by the ISC.
