Abstract: A collection of recipes is presented, accompanied by numbered, step-by-step illustrations of cooking instructions that are simple and easy to follow. The recipes range from hors d'oeuvres and entrees to desserts from simple to sophisticated, and include breakfast and brunch treats. A number of ethnic entrees and vegetarian dishes are also included. The clarity and slightly enlarged print should be helpful to cooks with a modest vision impairment. (emc).
