Abstract: This 4 page typed handout describes non fat dry milk and how it can be utilized in cooking. Non fat dry milk is whole milk with the water and fat removed and has the same amount of protein, vitamins, and minerals as whole milk--but fewer calories. Twelve recipes which use non fat dry milk are included.
