Racks: Mobile and fixed

Many terms are applied to the racks used in foodservice. The only thing certain about them is that all operations use them. They come in a variety of sizes; some are fixed and some are mobile. This report is a brief sampling of "racks" to help the distributor sales representative understand what an operator means when "racks" are mentioned. Utility rack variations in size and design are reported in detail. Other racks of a more specific nature are described. (emc)
