Select committee describes hunger policy shortcomings

The House Select Committee on Hunger released a briefing paper highlighting specific gaps in America's domestic and international anti-hunger policy. The purpose of this paper is to identify the problems in current anti-hunger policy, and seek to understand how it fails to address the problem in a long-term, sustainable way.
