GC-MS Determination of Diclofenac in Human Plasma

The aim of the present study was to develop a procedure based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for the determination of diclofenac in human plasma. This assay was successfully applied in Turkey to healthy volunteers after an oral administration of 50 mg diclofenac.
