An extract of the aerial parts of Ophryosporus lorentzii afforded three new chromanones, a known chromene, a new prenylated benzofuran, three known benzofurans, the germacradienolide mollisorin A, Z-8-hydroxylinalool and the lignan mediaresinol, as well as some common plant constituents.
