Determinación de la capacidad de carga del sendero del filo Juan Rey al interior del Parque Distrital Ecológico de Montaña Entrenubes PDEM-EN | Determination of the carrying capacity of the Juan Rey ridge trail inside the Entrenubes Mountain Ecological District Park PDEM-EN

La presente monografía titulada “DETERMINACIÓN DE LA CAPACIDAD DE CARGA DEL SENDERO DEL FILO JUAN REY AL INTERIOR DEL PARQUE DISTRITAL ECOLÓGICO DE MONTAÑA ENTRENUBES PDEM-EN” plantea determinar la capacidad de carga turística e el sendero Filo Juan Rey empleando la metodología de Cifuentes y colaboradores (1992), desarrolla en tres fases, con el fin de obtener un documento diagnóstico que muestre la capacidad de carga del sendero. Se creó una caracterización asertiva y eficiente que permitió conocer el estado actúa del sendero, identificación del paisaje, así como comportamientos relacionados con ecoturismo y conservación. Al final del documento, se muestra la capacidad máxima de visitantes que pueden transitar por el sendero Filo Juan Rey al interior del Parque Distrital Ecológico de Montaña Entrenubes PDEM-EN en un día, sin alterar el estado de los recursos biológicos, ni disminuir la calidad de la experiencia en el recorrido. Los resultados obtenidos con la determinación de la capacidad de carga en este sendero, permitieron proponer lineamientos a la administración del mismo, que buscan realizar un manejo y monitoreo óptimo de la zona con el fin de seguir preservando esas áreas. Se demuestra la importancia de planificar actividades de turismo sostenible encaminadas a la conservación y preservación en áreas protegidas a fin de garantizar el sostenimiento de los servicios ecosistémicos que brinda el sendero y el parque. Se espera que la Capacidad de Carga determinada en este documento sirva como herramienta para la planificación de este espacio, que contribuya al ordenamiento y manejo adecuado del sendero y pueda ser tomado como guía para otros senderos y entornos localizados en las áreas protegidas a nivel distrital, buscando que sean espacios de turismo sostenible. Se sugiere diseñar una interpretación ambiental ecoturística en el sendero a fin de aumentar el grado de satisfacción en los visitantes. Finalmente, se recomienda planificar de manera correcta la Capacidad de Carga al momento de abrir otros espacios de recorridos dentro del sendero, así como otros senderos y sitios de visita dentro del parque, teniendo en cuenta la sensibilidad de las especies de flora y fauna, uso actual del suelo y coberturas de la zona.

This monograph entitled "DETERMINATION OF THE LOAD CARRYING CAPACITY OF THE JUAN REY RIM TRAIL WITHIN THE ENTRENUBES MOUNTAIN ECOLOGICAL DISTRICT PARK PDEM-EN" proposes to determine the tourist carrying capacity of the Juan Rey Rill trail using the methodology of Cifuentes and collaborators (1992), developed in three phases, in order to obtain a diagnostic document that shows the carrying capacity of the trail. An assertive and efficient characterization was created that allowed to know the current state of the trail, identification of the landscape, as well as behaviors related to ecotourism and conservation. At the end of the document, the maximum capacity of visitors that can travel through the Filo Juan Rey trail inside the District Ecological Mountain Park Entrenubes PDEM-EN in one day is shown, without altering the state of the biological resources, nor diminishing the quality of the experience on the trail. The results obtained with the determination of the carrying capacity of this trail, allowed us to propose guidelines to the administration of the same, which seek to carry out an optimal management and monitoring of the area in order to continue preserving these areas. This demonstrates the importance of planning sustainable tourism activities aimed at conservation and preservation in protected areas in order to guarantee the sustainability of the ecosystem services provided by the trail and the park. It is hoped that the carrying capacity determined in this document will serve as a tool for the planning of this space, that it will contribute to the proper management of the trail, and that it can be used as a guide for other trails and environments located in protected areas at the district level, seeking to make them spaces for sustainable tourism. It is suggested to design an ecotourism environmental interpretation on the trail in order to increase visitor satisfaction. Finally, it is recommended to correctly plan the carrying capacity when opening other areas within the trail, taking into account the sensitivity of the flora and fauna species, current land use, and the area's land cover.
