Influence of construction and technological parameters of the installation for complex preparation of roots on qualitative and quantitative indicators of washing | Влияние конструкционных и технологических параметров установки для комплексной подготовки корнеклубнеплодов на качественные и количественные показатели мойки

إنجليزي. The article describes the conditions for ensuring high-quality washing of potato and Jerusalem artichoke tubers of technological varieties. The device and the principle of operation of the installation are reflected. The key parameters affecting the efficiency of the washing machine have been determined: the frequency of rotation of the brush shafts, the frequency of rotation of the drive shaft of the washing basket, the length of the basket position adjusting screw, the amplitude of the basket vibrations, the number of nozzles on the bar, the angle of installation of the washing bath of the machine, the degree of loading it with raw materials. The output estimated parameters of the machine, such as productivity, power consumption, water consumption, and washing quality, are also characterized.Experimental dependences of the productivity of the washing machine on the geometric (angles of installation of the machine bath, the length of the adjusting screw of the basket position, the amplitude of the basket oscillation), mechanical (frequency of rotation of the brush shaft, the frequency of rotation of the drive shaft of the washing basket) and technological (degree of filling the washing bath with raw materials, properties of raw materials) were obtained, gate opening degree, number of nozzles on the boom) parameters.

الروسية. В статье описаны устройство, принцип работы и моечной машины для обеспечения качественной мойки клубней картофеля и топинамбура технологичных сортов. Охарактеризованы выходные оценочные параметры машины (производительность, затрачиваемая мощность, расход воды, качество мойки) и ключевые параметры, влияющие на эффективность работы моечной машины: частота вращения щёточных валов, частота вращения вала привода моечной корзины, длина регулировочного винта положения корзины, величина амплитуды колебаний корзины, количество форсунок на штанге, угол установки моечной ванны машины, степень загрузки её сырьем.Получены экспериментальные зависимости производительности моечной машины от геометрических (углы установки ванны машины, длина регулировочного винта положения корзины, амплитуда колебаний корзины), механических (частота вращения щёточного вала, частота вращения вала привода моечной корзины) и технологических (степень заполнения моечной ванны сырьем, свойства сырья, степень открытия шибера, количество форсунок на штанге) параметров.
