Adaptive features of the structure of the stomach and ventricular inflamed nodes of some representatives of the group of lagomorphs | Адаптационные особенности строения желудка и желудочных лимфатических узлов некоторых представителей отряда зайцеобразные

إنجليزي. The adaptive features of the histological structure of the stomach and gastric lymph nodes of some representatives of the Lagomorpha order have been under examination. The material for the study was the stomachs and gastric lymph nodes of productive rabbits (n=5), decorative rabbits (n=3) and alpine hare (n=3). Research work has been carried out at the State Agrarian University of the Northern Trans-Urals, Tyumen, Russia. Histological studies were carried out according to the conventional methods. Based on the histological study results, it has been revealed the following adaptive features of the studied species. They are in productive rabbits mucous membranes and muscle membranes almost equal in thickness, a large number of gastric fundus glands (74.65±9.12 pieces), a decrease in the area of mucous cells (12.5±0.6 mcm2); in decorative rabbits thin mucous and muscular membranes of the stomach, an increase in the area of the main cells of the stomach (26.67±1.44 mcm2), an increase in the area of cells in the gastric lymph node (169.95±20.21 mcm2); in the alpine hare thickening of the muscular membrane with a thin mucous membrane of the fundus of the stomach, a reduced number of fundus glands of the stomach (26±2.64 pieces), an increase in the area of the parietal cells of the stomach (225.39±18.11 mcm2). All these adaptive features indicate significant differences in the nutrition and keeping of these animals.

الروسية. Изучали адаптационные особенности гистологического строения желудка и желудочных лимфатических узлов некоторых представителей отряда зайцеобразные. Материалом для исследования послужили желудки и желудочные лимфатические узлы продуктивных кроликов (n = 5), декоративных кроликов (n = 3) и зайца-беляка (n = 3). Научно-исследовательская работа выполнена в ГАУ Северного Зауралья (Тюмень, Россия). Гистологические исследования проводили по общепринятым методикам. На основании проведенного гистологического исследования выявлены следующие адаптационные особенности изученных видов: у продуктивных кроликов - практически равные по толщине слизистая и мышечная оболочки, большое количество желез дна желудка (74,65±9,12 шт.), уменьшение площади слизистых клеток (12,5±0,6 мкм2); у декоративных кроликов - тонкие слизистые и мышечные оболочки желудка, увеличение площади главных клеток желудка (26,67±1,44 мкм2), увеличение площади клеток в желудочном лимфатическом узле (169,95±20,21 мкм2); у зайца-беляка - утолщение мышечной оболочки при тонкой слизистой оболочке дна желудка, уменьшенное количество желез дна желудка (26±2,64 шт.), увеличение площади париетальных клеток желудка (225,39±18,11 мкм2). Все эти адаптационные особенности указывают на существенные различия в питании и содержании данных животных.
