El presente estudio sostiene que las mujeres y los jóvenes son agentes indispensables de transformación en este proceso. A este tenor, ya desarrollan iniciativas que, si fueran conocidas, valoradas y apoyadas, podrían efectivamente transformar los sistemas alimentarios sobre la base de la justicia y la sostenibilidad. Además con este mismo enfoque, posee información sobre las mujeres y los ODS.
