Since time immemorial herbal extracts for medicinal and preventive purposes have been used in folk medicine. Only after the second half of the 20th century people started production and use of potent synthetic drugs, which did not deter interest in herbal extracts and concentrates. The paper states that a strong, antioxidant, bioflavonoid concentrate obtained from the primary processing (grape seed) of primary raw materials of ecologically safe Zeimber grapes is characterized by a high content of flavonoids. (2314.16 mg/100 g dry weight) and high antioxidant activity (AOA, F=100) 53.7%. Tab. 1, Ref. 24.
