Estado del arte en la temática de incendios forestales en Bogotá | State of the art in the theme of forest fires in Bogotá

Los incendios forestales están definidos como un fuego que se propaga sin control, y modifica o elimina la cobertura vegetal que tiene importancia ambiental (Ministerio ambiente, 2000), son fenómenos que conllevan no solo pérdidas ambientales, sino económicas y en algunos casos vidas humanas, es por esto que se han creado modelos que implementan normas y planes de origen nacional y distrital, que incluyen la prevención y mitigación de estos eventos, así como estudios que han permitido conocer más sobre los factores climáticos, geográficos y de vegetación y las causas más comunes el grado de afectación e impacto, la gestión del riesgo, entre otros. Este ha sido un tema estudiado a través de los años, cuyo resultado es el desarrollo de documentos que abordan desde diferentes perspectivas la temática, sin embargo, estos documentos no se encuentran recopilados, dificultando el acceso a la información y su desarrollo. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo desarrollar una compilación de diferentes documentos, desde trabajos de grado, hasta estudios y metodologías que relacionan el tema de los incendios forestales en Bogotá, D.C., provenientes de diferentes instituciones de carácter público y privado, así mismo realizar su clasificación por medio de una escala de valoración para cada criterio, obteniendo una matriz de índole bibliográfica que reúna la información y permita a través de su análisis, determinar las líneas de investigación en las temáticas con menos información; concluyendo que las temáticas como restauración, mitigación e impacto en mamíferos, impactos en el recurso hídrico y educación ambiental, son líneas que necesitan ser estudiadas con mayor profundidad y ampliar los documentos que las utilicen para mejorar los elementos relacionados con la identificación, prevención y respuesta en los eventos de incendio forestal en Bogotá, D.C,. Finalmente, se determina que el uso de la matriz como medio de recopilación y organización, es un elemento que debe promoverse y actualizarse constantemente con nueva documentación, para facilitar el acceso a la información, permitir la distribución por temas, que ayuden a discernir sobre nuevos asuntos que deban desarrollarse o actualizarse.

This has been a subject studied over the years, the result of which is the development of documents that address the subject from different perspectives, however, these documents are not compiled, making access to information and its development difficult. The objective of this work is to develop a compilation of different documents, from thesis, studies and methodologies that relate to the subject of forest fires in Bogotá, D.C., coming from different public and private institutions, as well as to classify them by through a rating scale for each criterion, obtaining a matrix of a bibliographic nature that gathers the information and allows, through its analysis, to determine the lines of research in the topics with less information; concluding topics such as restoration, mitigation and impact on mammals, impacts on water resources and environmental education, these ones are lines that need to be studied in greater depth and expand the documents that use them to improve the elements related to identification, prevention and response in forest fire events in Bogotá, D.C,. Finally, it is determined that the use of the matrix as a means of compilation and organization, It is an element that must be constantly promoted and updated with new documentation, to facilitate access to information, allowing distribution by topic, that it helps to discern about new matters that need to be developed or updated.
