Valoración de impactos ambientales en el humedal laguna de la herrera

Las afectaciones que se han venido presentando en el humedal Laguna de la Herrera principalmente a causa de factores antrópicos como la minera y diferentes vertimientos, han sido tenidas en cuenta por la autoridad competente, la cual para el municipio de Mosquera es la CAR Cundinamarca, ésta en respuesta a la situación dio inicio al proyecto cuyo objetivo es “ejecutar obras para la recuperación de la capacidad hidráulica de la Laguna de la Herrera fase I”. Como toda intervención en el medio está también genera impactos tanto positivos como negativos, por tal motivo el objetivo de este trabajo es identificarlos y valorarlos para conocer mediante la metodología Conesa modificada publicada por la secretaría distrital de ambiente el grado de afectación que tendrán las obras en el ecosistema. Actualmente el proyecto se está ejecutando por lo tanto se presentan algunas evidencias fotográficas de los avances. En lo referente al componente bioecológico se llevan a cabo actividades de conservación y uso sostenible del humedal. Como resultados se presentan fichas de manejo ambiental para los impactos evaluados como más relevantes. Por tal razón esta evaluación ambiental es un aporte para prevenir, minimizar y manejar los impactos ambientales derivados de estas obras, además que contribuye con la formulación de lineamientos de manejo a los impactos generados por dichas actividades.

The effects that have been occurring in the Laguna de la Herrera wetland, mainly due to anthropic factors such as mining and different discharges, have been taken into account by the competent authority, which for the municipality of Mosquera is the CAR Cundinamarca, which in response to the situation initiated the project whose objective is "to execute works for the recovery of the hydraulic capacity of the Laguna de la Herrera phase I". As any intervention in the environment, it also generates both positive and negative impacts, for this reason the objective of this work is to identify and evaluate them in order to know, through the modified Conesa methodology published by the district environmental secretariat, the degree of affectation that the works will have on the ecosystem. The project is currently being executed; therefore, some photographic evidence of the progress is presented. Regarding the bioecological component, activities for the conservation and sustainable use of the wetland are being carried out. As a result, environmental management sheets are presented for the impacts evaluated as most relevant. For this reason, this environmental assessment is a contribution to prevent, minimize and manage the environmental impacts derived from these works, in addition to contributing to the formulation of management guidelines for the impacts generated by these activities.
