El ejercito nacional de Colombia en la búsqueda de cumplimiento con el decreto 3930 de 2010 y resolución de 2007, desarrollo en programa para identificar posibles falencias en el tratamiento o diseño de cuatro sistemas de tratamiento de agua; 2 de agua potable y 2 de agua residual en unidades tácticas a nivel nacional, cumpliendo de esta manera con los requerimientos de corporaciones ambientales y siendo este a mano con el recurso hídrico.
