The research regarding 'the Evaluation of The Vitamin C, Vitamin A and Antioxidant Capacity of three genotypes of Globe Amaranth (Comphrena globosa L.) from Two Different Altitudes in Bali' has been investigated. The research explored the content of the Vitamin C, vitamin A and the antioxidant capacity of organs of G. globosa L., so that in the future it can be used for multipurpose products. The aim of the study was to evaluate the content of Vitamin C, vitamin A and the antioxidant capacity of the floral organs, stems and leaves of the three flower colour based-genotypes (purple, pink, white) grown at two altitudes namely 7 m and 350 m above sea level (asl). Based on the altitude 7 m asl produced vitamin C, vitamin A and antioxidant capacity higher than those of the 350 m asl. At 7 m asl, the highest vitamin C and vitamin A were produced by purple genotype, while at 350 m asl, the highest vitamin C was produced by the white genotype, while the vitamin A was produced by the pink genotype. The highest antioxidant capacity, either at altitudes of 7 m asl or 350 m asl was produced by the pink genotypes. Based on the organ type, at both altitudes (7 m asl and 350 m asl), the highest vitamin C, vitamin A and antioxidant capacity was yielded by leaves. It was concluded that altitude affects the production of vitamin C, vitamin A and antioxidants of G. globosa L.
