The increase in population and the subsequent increase in demand has led to overexploitation of the limited resources of watersheds. It has led them to instability and reduction of ecosystem services. Various management approaches have been presented for sustainable watershed management to prevent instability Therefore, the study discusses the crucial provide stable ecosystem services approaches presented for sustainable watershed management. In this connection, how to develop and evaluate five watershed sustainability, health, resilience, elasticity, and viability approaches for sustainable management of watersheds have been conceptualized. The materials presented here will pave the way for sustainable watershed management.
