Propuesta de una estrategia de Gestión Ambiental enfocada hacia la sustentabilidad del desarrollo rural de la organización Quantic Artesanal en la Vereda "El Guacamayo" ; Chinchiná Caldas

La organización Quantic Artesanal es un sistema de producción de cafés especiales que presentan dentro de su sistema finca todas las fases necesarias para la generación de productos terminados aptos para el consumo; lo cual requiere por sus particularidades, niveles considerables en el consumo de componentes del entorno natural que se traducen en la generación de impactos negativos en el mediano y largo plazo sobre el ecosistema si no se realiza un óptimo manejo de las mismas, propiciando condiciones potenciales de deterioro sobre los cuerpos de agua, el suelo y la biota presente en el ecosistema, en sumatoria no es ajena a las dificultades que se presentan en la ruralidad colombiana para darle solución oportuna. Para tales efectos, en la actualidad el sistema finca no cuenta con un mecanismo de gestión ambiental que le permita guiar la implementación de alternativas para disminuir y/o manejar el impacto que sus actividades productivas generan, esto si se tiene en cuenta el interés de la misma por lograr un equilibrio entre las variables de conservación y calidad de sus productos en términos de trazabilidad para promover condiciones promisorias de desarrollo rural. El documento realiza un diagnóstico de sus componentes internos en torno a las fases productivas, las variables ecosistemitcas que presenta, el entorno socioeconómico del cual forma parte, los procesos de innovación en el análisis de cultivos y una breve reseña histórica que ha moldeado si situación actual. En su complemento se realiza una descripción de las variables externas que moldean sus necesidades y a su vez modifican oportunidades de mejora continua para dar soluciones a sus principales retos. Por otro lado se realiza un análisis administrativo de las principales fortalezas, debilidades, amenazas y oportunidades, además de una priorización de las mismas a fin de conocer cuáles son los problemas críticos a afrontar y cuáles son las potencialidades que le pueden suministrar una ruta estratégica de solución para lograr un desarrollo sustentable dentro del contexto rural en el que se encuentra

The organization Quantic Artesanal is a system of production of special coffees that present within its farm system all the necessary phases for the generation of finished products suitable for consumption; which requires by its particularities, significant levels in the consumption of components of the natural environment that result in the generation of negative impacts in the medium and long term on the ecosystem if they are not optimally managed, In addition, it is not unaware of the difficulties encountered in Colombian rural areas in finding a timely solution to these problems. For these purposes, at present the farm system does not have an environmental management mechanism that allows it to guide the implementation of alternatives to reduce and/or manage the impact that its productive activities generate, this is taking into account its interest in achieving a balance between the conservation and quality variables of its products in terms of traceability to promote promising rural development conditions. The document makes a diagnosis of its internal components around the productive phases, the ecosystem variables it presents, the socioeconomic environment of which it is part, the processes of innovation in crop analysis and a brief historical overview that has shaped the current situation. In its complement a description of the external variables that shape your needs and in turn modify opportunities for continuous improvement to give solutions to your main challenges is made. On the other hand, there is an administrative analysis of the main strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities, in addition to prioritizing them in order to know what are the critical problems to face and what are the potentialities that can provide a strategic route of solution to achieve sustainable development within the rural context in which it is located.
