Aportes a la construcción del nuevo programa de uso Eficiente y ahorro del agua-PUEAA para la empresa de servicios públicos-ESP Tribunas Córcega

La Empresa de Servicios Públicos Tribunas – Córcega (E.S.P) está ubicada en la ciudad de Pereira en el corregimiento de Tribunas en la vereda Huertas; se encuentra comprometida con la prestación de servicios públicos domiciliarios (alcantarillado, aseo y acueducto), a su vez, busca lograr ser una entidad líder a nivel nacional en cuanto a sostenibilidad y labores tanto sociales como ambientales. Teniendo en cuenta las necesidades y problemas de la organización, entre estos, la actualización del nuevo Programa de Uso Eficiente y Ahorro del Agua para los años 2022-2027, se decide como objetivo de la práctica realizar líneas de acción estratégicas que estén enfocadas en brindar apoyo a la construcción de dicho programa. La metodología abordada permitió que el trabajo se compilara en tres fases principales: la primera, basada en la búsqueda y recopilación de antecedentes e información secundaria; la segunda, en el análisis de información que permitiera estudiar los datos obtenidos; y la tercera estuvo enmarcada en el desarrollo de líneas estratégicas de acción enfocadas en las necesidades de la empresa y en la gestión del recurso hídrico. Todo este proceso se enmarcó en lograr que los resultados estuvieran ligados a la realidad del territorio como sujeto de estudio, a sus dinámicas y a su evolución en el tiempo.

The public services company Tribunas – Córcega (E.S.P) is located in the city of Pereira in the district of Tribunas in the Huertas location, among its objectives is committed to the provision of residential public services and to be a leading entity at the national level in in terms of sustainability, mainly guaranteeing social work and environmental protection. Taking into account the needs and problems of the organization, among these the update of the new Program for the Efficient Use and Saving of Water for the years 2022-2027, it is decided as an objective of the practice to carry out strategic lines of action that are focused on providing support for the construction of the new Program. The approached methodology allowed the work to be compiled in three main phases: the first, based on the search and compilation of antecedents and secondary information; the second, in the analysis of information that would allow studying the data obtained; and the third was framed in the development of strategic lines of action focused on the needs of the company and on the management of water resources, this entire process was framed in ensuring that the results were linked to the reality of the territory as a subject of study, its dynamics and its evolution over time.
