Aporte a la construcción de una estrategia integral de educación ambiental para el fortalecimiento de la gobernanza del agua en el humedal Torca – Guaymaral, Bogotá D.C. | Contribution to the construction of a comprehensive environmental education strategy to strengthen water governance in the Torca - Guaymaral Wetland, Bogotá D.C.

A partir de las diferentes problemáticas ambientales que se desarrollan en los humedales, ecosistemas considerados estratégicos para Bogotá, se encuentra una falencia importante en la intervención y planteamiento de acciones concretas para el Humedal Torca – Guaymaral (HTG). Las diferentes condiciones del humedal como su fraccionamiento por la autopista norte y, por ende, pérdida de conectividad ecológica con otros ecosistemas, la presión urbana que ejerce los procesos de construcción de infraestructura y actividades antrópicas; forman un conjunto de determinantes y tensionantes que perjudican las dinámicas ecológicas del territorio. Es por ello, que se busca aportar a la construcción de una estrategia integral de educación ambiental para el fortalecimiento de la gobernanza del agua en el Humedal Torca – Guaymaral, en el que se logre mostrar las diferentes acciones del Semillero de Investigación Agua del Bosque de la Universidad El Bosque sobre el humedal, junto con los actores sociales e institucionales que tomaron lugar en el convenio interadministrativo entre el Jardín Botánico de Bogotá (JBB) y la Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado (EAAB – ESP). El reconocimiento de actores permite que se lleve a cabo un análisis de los diferentes enfoques de gestión ambiental para la identificación de elementos y temáticas ambientales que puedan ser insumo para el diseño de programas de educación ambiental. De esta manera se logra una acción concreta sobre el humedal, que permita hacer gestión sobre el mismo desde la pedagogía, y se propenda por la recuperación y conservación del ecosistema que permita, en un futuro, mejorar las condiciones ecológicas del territorio a partir de acciones colectivas.

From the different environmental problems that take place in the wetlands, ecosystems considered strategic for Bogotá, there is a significant shortcoming in the intervention and planning of concrete actions for the Torca - Guaymaral Wetland. The different conditions of the wetland such as its fractionation by the northern highway and, therefore, the loss of ecological connectivity with other ecosystems, the urban pressure exerted by the processes of construction of infrastructure and anthropogenic activities; they form a set of determinants and tensioners that damage the ecological dynamics of the territory. For this reason, the idea is to contribute to the construction of an integrate environmental education strategy for the strengthening of water governance in the Torca - Guaymaral Wetland, in which it is possible to show the different actions of the research hotbed Agua del Bosque of the University El Bosque on the wetland, together with the social and institutional actors that took place in the interadministrative agreement between the Botanical Garden of Bogotá and the Aqueduct and Sewer Company. The recognition of actors allows an analysis of the different environmental management approaches to be carried out to identify elements and environmental themes that may be an input for the design of environmental education programs. In this way, a concrete action is achieved on the wetland, which allows management on it from the pedagogy, and pursue the recovery and conservation of the ecosystem that allows, in the future, improve the ecological conditions of the territory from collective actions.
