Diseño del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental para el proceso industrial Sandblásting, en la Empresa SEMITEC S.A.S en el municipio de Nobsa – Boyacá.

Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior se diseña un Sistema de Gestión Ambiental para el proceso industrial Sandblásting y pintura en estructuras metálicas, en la empresa SEMITEC S.A.S. en el municipio de Nobsa, que permita mejorar su rentabilidad y disminuir la contaminación ambiental. Para lograr una óptima formulación del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental, se realiza un reconocimiento del proceso de producción mediante visitas de campo a la empresa SEMITEC S.A.S. En las que se identifican, describen, clasifican y valoran los diferentes impactos ambientales mediante la metodología de evaluación de Leopold; adicionalmente se realiza un análisis de agua residual para medir y analizar la carga contaminante presente en el colector de aguas lluvias. Teniendo en cuenta los resultados obtenidos, se plantea una reconversión tecnológica para lo que se diseñan las fichas del Plan de Manejo Ambiental que buscan prevenir, controlar y mitigar los impactos ambientales. Finalmente teniendo en cuenta lo mencionado anteriormente se realiza el Sistema de Gestión Ambiental con el fin de realizar un seguimiento, monitoreo y mejora continua del proceso de producción n.

The environmental impacts that are generated during the application of the Sandblasting and painting process are considerable. The generation of particulate material that affects the health of workers with respiratory diseases such as silicosis, the impact on the quality of air, water and soil; the high noise levels affect the workers and the population present in the area of influence. Taking into account the above, an Environmental Management System is designed for the industrial process Sandblasting and painting in metallic structures, in the company SEMITEC S.A.S. in the municipality of Nobsa, to improve its profitability and reduce environmental pollution. To achieve an optimal formulation of the Environmental Management System, an acknowledgment of the production process is made through field visits to the company SEMITEC S.A.S. In which the different environmental impacts are identified, described, classified and evaluated through the Leopold evaluation methodology; In addition, a residual water analysis is carried out to measure and analyze the pollutant load present in the rainwater collector. Taking into account the results obtained, a technological reconversion is proposed for the design of the Environmental Management Plan cards that seek to prevent, control and mitigate environmental impacts. Finally, taking into account the aforementioned, the Environmental Management System is carried out in order to monitor, monitor and continuously improve the production process.
